Hi, I’m Seona. I am a Guidance Counsellor that specialises in education and training choices, career guidance, career planning and interview preparation. But sometimes people just like to meet me for an informal chat about how they are doing generally. 

Well there is no simple answer to that one! Every single person should do a course for a different reason- to get out of the house, to up-skill, to get a job, to learn about something that they have never experienced before or even to make new friends.
